Within the scope of Farabi Exchange Program, the table of students eligible to go with scholarship in the 2018-2019 academic year is enclosed.
The applicants who won the right to register will be able to make their registration with the documents listed below :
*The students have to prepare education protocols (4 copies for each semester) with their department coordinator and submit them till 07 May 2018. The departments have to submit these prepared protocols to the coordinatorship till 09 May 2018. (Enclosed you can find the education protocols.)
Documents required to be submitted:
1. Student application form should be filled by the student and signed by the department coordinator. (2 copies)
2. Student's obligation agreement (2 copies)
3. Student declaration (1 copy)
4. Student information form (1 copy)
5. IBAN number (Copy of pass book)
6. Copy of birth certificate (1 copy)
**Accepted students should submit these 6 documents to Farabi Office till 11 May 2018.
CRITICAL NOTE : Within the scope of Farabi Exchange Program, if the accepted students renounce with any reason, waiver petition should be immediately submitted to our Coordinatorship.
